Booking Requests
Submitting a booking request through our website does not reserve or confirm your event date. All requests are subject to availability.

 

Booking Confirmation
Your event is officially confirmed only after:

• Availability has been verified by Hookah Haus Concierge.

• The service agreement has been completed.

• The required 50% non-refundable deposit has been received and accepted.

Dates are secured on a first-come, first-served basis once all booking requirements are completed.

 

Deposit Requirement
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

 

Final Payment
The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 72 hours before the scheduled event. Bookings made within 72 hours of the event require full payment at the time of booking. Services will not be provided until the balance has been paid in full.

 

Event Changes
Any requested changes to the event date, time, location, guest count, package, or services are subject to availability and may result in
additional fees.

 

Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. Payments already made will be handled in accordance with the Hookah Haus Concierge Refund Policy and Service Agreement.

 

Outdoor Events
For outdoor bookings, the client must provide a suitable covered area within the main event space for the Hookah Haus Concierge setup
and service station.

 

Age Requirement
Hookah Haus Concierge services are strictly 21+. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all guests participating in hookah services are at least 21 years of age. Valid identification may be requested.

 

Venue Requirements
Clients are responsible for confirming that hookah services are permitted at their selected venue or event location. Any venue restrictions or requirements must be communicated to Hookah Haus Concierge before the event.

 

Final Confirmation
A submitted inquiry or booking request should not be considered a confirmed reservation until official booking confirmation is received from Hookah Haus Concierge.
