Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Hookah Haus Concierge website and services. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or booking our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

Our Services
Hookah Haus Concierge provides luxury mobile hookah concierge services for private parties, birthdays, weddings, corporate events, celebrations, and other approved gatherings. All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance.

Booking
Bookings may be requested through our website, email, or other approved communication methods.
A booking is not confirmed until:

1. Your request has been accepted

2. The required 50% non-refundable deposit has been received

3. You receive a booking confirmation.

 

Pricing
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Additional charges may apply for additional hookah stations, extended service hours, travel outside our standard service area, last-minute changes, venue restrictions, or special event requests.

 

Payment

The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 72 hours before the scheduled event. Bookings made within 72 hours of the event require full payment at the time of booking. Services will not be provided until the balance has been paid in full.

 

Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate booking information, ensure venue access, obtain required venue approvals, maintain a safe environment, comply with applicable laws and venue policies, and exercise reasonable care when using Hookah Haus Concierge equipment.

 

Damage to Equipment
The client is responsible for any Hookah Haus Concierge equipment that is lost, stolen, damaged, or broken due to negligence, misuse, intentional acts, or the actions of the client or their guests during the event.

 

Replacement Fees

• Complete Hookah (including a broken glass base): $225.00 each

• Ceramic Bowl: $25.00 each

• Hookah Hose: $25.00 each

• Heat Management Device: $30.00 each

If additional equipment or accessories not listed above are damaged, the client is responsible for the reasonable repair or replacement cost. Damages will be documented and invoiced. Payment is due within 7 calendar days of the invoice date

Age Requirement
Hookah Haus Concierge provides services exclusively for individuals 21 years of age or older. Valid government-issued identification may be required before service begins.

 

Photos and Videos
With the client's permission, Hookah Haus Concierge may capture photographs and video footage during the event for promotional and marketing purposes. We will always request permission before photographing or recording clients or guests.

 

Service Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if payments have not been received, staff safety is threatened, illegal activity is observed, venue conditions are unsafe, or clients or guests violate these Terms or behave in a threatening, abusive, intoxicated, or inappropriate manner.

 

Limitation of Liability
Hookah Haus Concierge is not responsible for venue restrictions, client or venue delays, weather interruptions, government restrictions, power outages, or other events beyond our reasonable control. Liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the affected booking.
 

Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, branding, photographs, videos, graphics, and text, is the exclusive property of Hookah Haus Concierge and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

 

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting.
